Services & Fees

I am a certified Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis Instructor (HCHI)
and I offer group and private classes. You can find more information
about Hypnobabies here.
Hypnobabies is a 6-week complete childbirth education course and a
course in self-hypnosis for childbirth, divided into one 3.5-hour class
per week. That's a total of 21 in-class hours of childbirth and self
hypnosis preparation for your beautiful birth!
Course Materials:
Private Classes in Your Home
I am currently only providing private classes. You choose the day and time that works best for you andI'll come to your home! Please contact me for more information and pricing.
Group Classes in Your Home (i.e. The Hosts Discount)
I am also offering group classes when hosted by one of the couples of the course series. This couple will
receive a discount on their course fee. A minimum of two couples is required for a group class and a
maximum of five couples. Please contact me for more information and pricing.

As a birth doula, my goal is to help you discover your options and resources and to support you
emotionally as you prepare for your birth. Every mother deserves to feel loved, cherished, and
completely supported as she brings new life into the world!
Services Include...
2 Prenatal Visits (minimum) -
During these visits we will discuss how your pregnancy is going, how you envision your birth,
information about the birth process and birth choices. I provide a copy of my personally created, 11
page Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond Resource Guide to each of my clients, as well as free access to my
lending library of books and videos on pregnancy, baby massage, birth, breastfeeding, parenting
and natural living. During our visits I am also happy to provide information about babywearing,
show samples of different slings and carriers, and to provide information and a demonstration on
cloth diapering, if you are interested.
The Birth -
I will be available to you 24/7 for the two weeks before and the week following your birth. As soon as
you are confident that your labor has begun I ask that you contact me. I will be with you, assisting
with comfort measures, emotional and information support, hypnosis cues (if applicable), still
and/or video photography (when possible), and breastfeeding support immediately following the
birth, if desired.
2 Postpartum Visits -
During these visits we will discuss how your birth went, any postpartum issues, breastfeeding
assistance, if desired, and overall how your new family is doing. I will also provide a written copy of
your birth story. I can also perform light housekeeping upon request for an additional fee of $25/hr.
My fee for the above doula services is $400. There is a discounted rate for families who would like to
combine my Hypnobabies classes and doula services. And understanding that we all find ourselves
in tough financial situations now and then, I am open to working out a payment plan that works for
your budget. Please contact me to discuss this option.
